For HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops across the U.S.

Answers. Books. Texts. Updates your CRM. From a server
in your shop.

Forge is a complete AI shop that runs on a server in your building. It picks up your calls, day or night, books jobs onto your schedule, answers texts, and creates and updates customers, jobs, and appointments in your CRM. Your customer records don't go to an outside AI company.

You set the rules for what it handles on its own. Every call, text, and CRM change is logged.

Our mission: help your business own its AI, its data, and its processes instead of renting them from big software companies. The long game: private AI for every business and every home.

It's 9:12 on a July night. A customer's AC just quit, and they're calling your shop.

Right now, that call probably goes to voicemail. With Forge, it gets answered, and the job is on tomorrow's schedule before they hang up.

Plenty of AI tools promise that. Most of them want your customer list on their servers first. Forge works the other way around: the AI comes to your building.

An illustrative scenario

Picture a Tuesday at a 12-truck HVAC shop, with Forge

Here's what Forge is built to do on an ordinary busy day. The AI does the work. Your team does the jobs.

  1. 9:12 PM Monday

    It picks up

A homeowner calls. Her upstairs unit is blowing warm air. Forge answers, walks her through checking the thermostat and the breaker, and when that doesn't fix it, offers the 7:30 AM slot. She takes it. Forge texts her a confirmation, creates the job in your CRM with her notes, and ties it to her customer record.

  2. 11:40 PM

Web leads, answered while you sleep

Three quote requests come in through your website. Forge texts all three back, answers their questions, and books two estimates for Wednesday. The third wants to wait, so Forge logs a note and sets a follow-up.

  3. 6:05 AM

    A tech calls in sick

Forge rebuilds the day's board around him. It moves his calls to the closest techs with the right skills, updates every appointment in your CRM, and texts each affected customer a new arrival window.

  4. 7:00 AM

    The owner's morning summary

One page, waiting for the owner: calls answered overnight, jobs booked, the sick-day reshuffle, and anything that needs a decision.

  5. 7:30 AM

The 9:12 call becomes a job

A tech pulls into her driveway, with her equipment history and last night's notes already on the job.

  6. 10:00 AM

    Renewals, confirmed by phone

Forge calls the maintenance-plan customers whose plans are up this month, confirms renewals, books their tune-ups, and logs every call in your CRM.

  7. 1:30 PM

    A tech in his truck

Standing in a customer's driveway, a tech texts Forge the model number off an old air handler and asks for the blower motor part number. The answer comes back from your shop's own manuals and pricebook, with the page it came from.

  8. 3:00 PM

    Invoices, chased

Forge texts every customer with an invoice past 30 days a friendly reminder and how to pay, then logs each reply. Only the Books agent sees the money.

  9. 9:12 PM Tuesday

    The phone rings again

    Someone picks up.

What the owner did: set the rules once. Every call, text, and CRM change from this day is in the log.
This is an illustrative scenario of what Forge is built to do. The names, times, and tasks are made up. They are not results from a customer.

Three steps, done in person

How we build your agent team

It starts at your front desk, not in a sales deck.

  1. Step 1: We sit at your front desk.

We watch a real morning: how calls come in, how the board gets built, where estimates stall and invoices pile up. Then we map which system holds what.

  2. Step 2: We write the rulebook with your team.

What can the AI book on its own? Who can quote a price? When does a call go to a person? What happens when someone calls about a gas smell? We write it down, and the AI follows it.

  3. Step 3: We wire up the agents.

We connect the AI to your phones, your texting, and your CRM, and decide what each agent can see and do. The agent that answers your phone never sees payroll. Every call, text, and change is logged.

An example

An agent team for a home service shop

One way to set it up. Each agent owns a slice of the work and acts on it inside the rules you set. When something falls outside those rules, it goes to a person.

Agent

Owner

Writes the morning summary from every call, text, and CRM change. Only the owner can change the rules.

Agent

Phone & Text

Answers calls day and night, replies to texts, books jobs, and creates customers and jobs in your CRM.

Agent

Dispatcher

Builds and reshuffles the board, updates appointments, and texts customers new arrival windows.

Agent

Sales

Calls and texts about unsold estimates and plan renewals, and books the follow-up visit.

Agent

Books

Chases unpaid invoices by text and answers bookkeeping questions. The only agent that sees financials.

Person

Office manager

Takes the calls and questions the AI hands off, and keeps an eye on the log.

Person

Owner

Sets the rules, reads the morning summary, and makes the money decisions.

You decide what each agent can do on its own. Books is the only agent that sees financials. Every call, text, and CRM change is logged, so you can see exactly what happened and why.

On hardware you own

Most AI lives in a stranger's data center. Yours sits in your office.

Forge runs open-source AI on a desktop-size server in your building. That changes a few things.

We don't send your customer records to an outside AI company. The AI runs on your server.

It works from your pricebook, manuals, and procedures, not generic internet advice.

It connects to your CRM and your scheduling and dispatch software, and keeps customers, jobs, and appointments up to date.

No per-user AI fees. Add a new CSR and nothing changes on your bill.

If you ever cancel, the server and everything on it stays in your building. We don't lock it.

Your customers' names, addresses, and job history stay with the company that earned them: yours.

Test it yourself: when we show you the system, ask to see the log. Every call, text, and CRM change is there, with what was said and why.

Straight numbers

$500 a month in year one. $250 a month after that.

Year one is a 12-month commitment because that's when we do most of the work. Once your agent team is running, the price drops by half.

Year one

$500/month

We build it with you, then coach your team.

  • In-person assessment of how your shop runs
  • Your AI shop set up: phones, texting, scheduling, and CRM connections
  • A written rulebook for what the AI handles on its own and what goes to a person
  • Staff training and hands-on coaching
  • Model updates, new workflows, and integration upkeep
  • Backups of your agent setup
Year two and beyond

$250/month

We keep it healthy and adjust it as you grow.

  • Around-the-clock health monitoring
  • Model updates, security patches, and virus protection
  • Changes to your agent team for new hires, new services, or a second location
  • Backups of your agent setup
  • A real person to call when something looks wrong

Optional add-ons

  • Battery backup. Keeps your server running through short power outages and shuts it down cleanly in long ones.
  • Energy-upgrade outreach. For HVAC and electrical shops: Forge searches your job history for aging equipment and reaches out to those customers with heat pump, battery, or solar offers, under the rules you set.

The server is quoted separately, at or near our cost, and you own it. We'll give you every number on the call.

How we look after it: the Forge hub

Your server keeps an encrypted line open to our hub. Through it we push updates and security patches, watch temperature and disk space, and back up your agent setup.

The hub sees only the health of the server itself. It never sees your calls, texts, or customer records. Remote support happens only with your permission, and every session is logged.

In their own words

What tech leaders are saying about owning your AI

If you believe that the information that you have is critically important, you cannot use these services the way that they're currently offered… You need to stand up your own sovereign solution… your own hardware, and then… your own models.

FAQ

Does it really act on its own?

Yes, inside the rules you set. It answers calls, replies to texts, books jobs, and creates and updates customers, jobs, and appointments in your CRM. Anything outside your rules goes to a person. Every call, text, and change is logged.

What does it cost?

$500 a month in year one, with a 12-month commitment. $250 a month from year two. The server is quoted separately, at or near our cost, and you own it. Battery backup and energy-upgrade outreach are optional add-ons.

Where do you work?

Anywhere in the United States. If you run an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical company in the U.S., Forge is built for you.

What happens if I stop the service?

You keep the server and your data. Both stay in your building, and we don't lock anything. You lose the updates, monitoring, new workflows, and support.

Which AI does it run?

Open-source models running on a graphics card inside your server. When a new version comes out, we test it on your shop's everyday tasks and only upgrade if it does better.

Is it as smart as the big cloud AI chatbots?

Not for everything. It's built for your shop's everyday work, and on those focused tasks it holds up well. When it doesn't know something, it says so and hands off to a person.

Does it work with my CRM?

It connects to your CRM and your scheduling and dispatch software through their API, where your provider allows it. It creates and updates customers, jobs, and appointments, and logs notes on every call and text.

What about emergencies?

You set the rule. For example: a caller who mentions a gas smell, a CO alarm, or sparking goes straight to your on-call person, day or night.

What if the internet goes down?

The AI runs on your server, so your team can keep using it on the office network. Calls, texts, and CRM updates need a connection to reach your phone system and CRM, so we set up a backup internet connection where needed.

Who can use it?

Your customers reach it by calling or texting your shop. Your team reaches it on the office network, or by calling or texting it from the field. You decide who has an account.

What would your Tuesday look like with Forge?

Twenty minutes on the phone. We'll ask how your calls, schedule, and follow-ups run today and tell you straight whether Forge fits.
